Course refund terms
Course Fees
Course fees are non-refundable once a course has commenced, because materials and trainer time are already committed.
Before A Course Starts
If you cancel at least 7 days before the start date, 90% of the fee is refunded. Between 2 and 7 days, 50% is refunded.
Donation Refunds
Donations are generally non-refundable. In the event of a genuine error or a cancelled programme, a refund is processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.
